Antique Rabone Bros & Co Birmingham England Safari Hunting Sword Dagger Knife
Antique 19th century English long hunting sword/dagger by Rabone Bros & Co Birmingham, England in the leather scabbard.
Fair condition, flaking to the bright finish, Bakelite handle is cracked, crossguard is not tight. Blade is marked with "Rabone Bros & Co." lion stamp on one side and inscribed "REGISTERED" on the opposite side. Scabbard is in good used condition, leather is supple and pliable.

Length of the blade with handle: 58.5 cm (23")

H&H 150 year anniversary commemorative issue knife. Bowie knife by Holland & Holland of London, made to commemorate the 150 year anniversary of Holland & Holland gun and rifle makers. A classic blade of 6" length , hand engraved with HOLLAND & HOLLAND. The handle is made from dark rosewood. The serial number is engraved at the hilt of the blade. Cased in a original black leather case, lined in dark green felt.
